Exclusive Service Warranty
Exclusive Home Services confidently guaranties all exterior service work for a
period described in the following below. (from the date service work is completed)
This warranty is provided to the client at no charge and is transferable.
Asphalt Roof Treatment - If any mold or algae stains return for a period of three (3) years from the date of completed roof cleaning, Exclusive Home Services will at
no charge retreat the asphalt roof in question.
Wood decks, and fences, stucco, brick and vinyl siding are guaranteed to have
no reoccurring mold or algae stains for a period of two years (2) from the date of
completed service cleaning. If during this warranty period of two years the algae
stains reoccur Exclusive Home Services will retreat the structures in
question at no charge.
Invoice and or receipt from the original date of service must be presented to
Exclusive Home Services representative along with this warranty.
